Your traditional "fanny-style" cross-body pouch - can be worn across the body (as shown in pic) or on hip. The medium pouch size is 9.5" long. This size fits a little more than the small (everyday items: phone, medium wallet, passport, small notebook/pen, etc). Inner pocket.
