Shipping Policy
In most cases I can ship the item within 2-3 days. In some cases I will need to custom build your order based on your preferences, and hardware availability may also affect timeframe. Regardless, I will let you know if more time is needed and you may cancel your order at no charge if this doesn't work for your timeline.

At this time, I can only ship within the United States, but am willing to explore shipping to other countries and the rate will be applied to your order. Please contact me for shipping outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
I strive for happy leather lovers! I will replace any broken hardware or construction flaws within 2 years of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your item, refunds & exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase if item is unworn and in new condition.

Leather Care
Leather needs oils to maintain softness and to repel water. If you expose your item to the elements - more care will be needed over time. Condition your item with a leather oil or cream. I recommend choosing natural oils and waxes like pine tar or beeswax. These can go on in light layers.​

For cleaning: use a soft sponge with warm water and a mild soap to wipe off dirt. Conditioners and cleaners are also available at your local shoe store or outdoor store.
